Ministrul Transporturilor, Anca Boagiu, a declarat in emisiunea "Dupa 20 de ani", difuzata duminica la PRO TV, ca statul roman este de acord cu desecretizarea contractului incheiat cu Bechtel, insa, deocamdata, americanii nu sunt de acord. ''Contractul este secret pentru ca avem o clauza de confidentialitate in baza careia ambele parti trebuie sa fie de acord cu desecretizarea. Noi suntem, mai avem nevoie de acordul companiei Bechtel'', a afirmat ministrul Anca Boagiu la emisiunea "Dupa 20 de ani", difuzata duminica de Pro TV.
Boagiu a mai spus ca finalizarea proiectului de constructie a autostrazii pe traseul Brasov-Bors va fi dificila, deoarece finantarea din partea statului va fi greu de realizat.
''Trebuie sa ne gandim si la finantari pentru a face si acest culoar. si aici nu ascund faptul ca finantarea este greu sa mai vina de la stat, ea va trebui sa vina din zona privata'', a mentionat ministrul.
Ea a aratat ca in baza unei clauze din contract, compania Bechtel primea un milion de euro pe luna indiferent de volumul de munca prestat.
Contractul cu Bechtel a fost renegociat, compania americana urmand sa finalizeze doar doua tronsoane din cele opt ale autostrazii Transilvania. Guvernul a avizat miercuri noul contract, care prevede reducerea costului aferent lucrarii la 6,9 milioane euro/km si permite scoaterea la licitatie a tronsoanelor inca neincepute.
Bechtel va continua lucrarile la tronsoanele Campia Turzii-Gilau si Suplacu de Barcau-Bors, reprezentand 118 kilometri din cei 415 kilometri ai autostrazii, potrivit Mediafax.
Proiectul autostrazii Transilvania a fost impartit in opt tronsoane de constructie. Lucrarile nu au fost incepute pe sase dintre ele, insumand 297 de kilometri, respectiv Brasov-Fagaras (53 km), Fagaras-Sighisoara (52 km), Sighisoara-Ogra (56 km), Ogra-Campia Turzii (36 km), Cluj Vest-Mihailesti (24 km) si Mihailesti-Suplacu de Barcau (76 km).
Referitor la finalizarea la sfarsitul anului a tronsonului de autostrada Bucuresti-Ploiesti, Boagiu a spus ca spera ''foarte tare'' ca firmele de constructii sa termine la termen, insa are ''cateva dubii'' cu privire la unul dintre poduri.
Pe de alta parte, ea a afirmat ca angajatii ministerului lucreaza deja la proiectele care vor fi finantate in urmatorul exercitiu bugetar al UE pentru 2014-2020 si ca toate proiectele de executie a autostrazilor aflate in lucru au fost cuprinse in bugetul national pentru anul 2012.
''Avem o schita de buget pentru 2012. Nu ma plang, intr-adevar suntem in discutii in acest moment pentru ca as avea nevoie de o suma putin mai mare (...) in 2012 am bugetat toti kilometri care sunt in executie, cei 276 km care urmeaza sa fie finalizati, 182 de km care intra in executie si urmeaza sa lansam alte licitatii pentru inca 72 de km'', a mentionat Anca Boagiu.
Ea a dat ca termen final pentru proiectele de pe Coridorul IV anul 2013, cu un an intarziere fata de perioada asumata in programul de guvernare, pentru ca unitatile de management pentru POST au fost acreditate cu doi ani intarziere, iar comunicarea cu Comisia Europeana nu a fost suficient de buna.
